1.1. Access

Arbino.ai provides private AI chat features, saved conversations, subscription access, and impact estimates for water saved, CO2 saved, and tree planting progress.

You may use Arbino.ai only if you can legally enter into these Terms and follow all laws that apply to your use of the service.

1.2. Accounts

Some features require an account. Sign-in may be provided through Google or Apple. You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for activity that happens through your account.

1.3. Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly depending on the plan you choose. You can cancel, and access continues until the end of the paid billing period unless the app store or payment provider states otherwise.

2.1. Prohibited Activity

You may not use Arbino.ai to break the law, harm others, interfere with the service, reverse engineer private systems, bypass limits, scrape at scale, or misuse Arbino.ai infrastructure.

You may not submit content that you do not have the right to use, or use Arbino.ai to generate or distribute spam, malware, abusive content, or other harmful material.

2.2. Spam, Automation, And Excessive Use

You may not run automated, spam-like, or excessive usage that materially disrupts the service, abuses infrastructure, attempts to bypass limits, or prevents other users from accessing Arbino.ai reliably.

Arbino.ai may use reasonable technical and account-level measures to detect and respond to this activity, including rate limits, throttling, suspension, or termination where proportionate.

4.1. AI Output

AI responses can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for a specific purpose. You are responsible for checking important information before relying on it.

Arbino.ai should not be used as the only source for medical, legal, financial, safety, or other high-stakes decisions.

4.2. Service Availability

Arbino.ai may update the service, change features, or perform maintenance. We aim to keep the service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access.

5.1. Arbino.ai Content

The Arbino.ai website, app, branding, interface, software, text, graphics, and other service materials belong to Arbino.ai or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

5.2. Your Content

You keep the rights you have in content you submit. You give Arbino.ai the limited permission needed to process your content so Arbino.ai can provide the service, save conversations when enabled, maintain security, and operate account features.

6.1. Restriction Process

Arbino.ai may throttle, suspend, or terminate access when usage materially disrupts the service, abuses infrastructure, violates these Terms, attempts to bypass limits, or appears automated, spam-like, or abusive.

Restrictions should be proportionate to the issue. For serious account restrictions, Arbino.ai will provide notice where practical and a way to contact us for review.

6.2. Immediate Action

Immediate action may be taken when needed to protect users, security, payment systems, legal compliance, or service availability.
