This Privacy Policy explains what Arbino.ai collects, why it is used, who helps process it, and how you can exercise your privacy rights.
1. Use Of The Website And App
This Privacy Policy applies when you use Arbino.ai, including the public website, account area, AI chat features, saved conversations, subscription features, and related support or security workflows.

2. Information We Process
2.1. Account And Login Data
Arbino.ai may process your email address, name, profile picture if provided by a sign-in provider, Google or Apple account identifiers, account dates, authentication state, and subscription status.
2.2. Chat Data
Arbino.ai may process conversations, messages, timestamps, conversation titles, and related token counts. Saved chats are encrypted at rest.
2.3. Usage And Security Data
Arbino.ai may process session identifiers, account actions, token usage, billing access state, technical logs, and limited security data needed to keep the service secure and available.
2.4. Billing References
Arbino.ai may process subscription identifiers, plan interval, product names, status, renewal dates, and payment-provider references. Arbino.ai does not process full payment card details in the app code.
3. How We Use Information
We use data to create and manage accounts, provide AI chat, save conversations, calculate impact estimates, manage subscriptions, support login and logout, handle account deletion, prevent abuse, and enforce the Terms.
Account creation and management, login, AI chat, saved conversations, subscriptions, impact estimates, and account deletion are processed to perform our contract with you.
Billing, tax, accounting, and legal compliance records are processed where necessary to comply with legal obligations.
Security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, spam detection, rate limits, service protection, and Terms enforcement are processed based on Arbino.ai's legitimate interests.
Optional features that specifically ask for permission are processed based on consent.
3.1. Abuse Prevention
Arbino.ai may process limited account, session, usage, and security data to detect spam, automated scraping, excessive requests, attempts to bypass limits, or activity that disrupts the service.
If automated tools are used to flag abuse, Arbino.ai should keep meaningful human review available before or after serious account-level restrictions. You can email business@arbino.ai to ask for review of a restriction.
4. Processors And Recipients
Arbino.ai may use trusted service providers for sign-in, billing, AI processing, hosting, database storage, security, support, and service operations.
These providers process data only as needed for their role. Where personal data is transferred outside the EU or EEA, Arbino.ai relies on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
5. Retention And Deletion
Arbino.ai keeps account data while your account is active. Saved conversations are kept until you delete them or delete your account.
If you delete your account, Arbino.ai deletes your account data, saved conversations, and account-linked usage data from active systems, except where limited records must be kept for billing, tax, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
Security logs are normally kept for up to 90 days unless they are needed longer for an investigation, dispute, fraud prevention, security protection, or legal reason.
Deleted data may remain in encrypted backups for a limited backup-retention period before being overwritten.
If an account remains inactive for 24 months, Arbino.ai may notify the user and delete or anonymize the account and saved conversations, unless limited records must be kept for billing, tax, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. Logging in or resuming paid activity resets the inactivity period.
6. Data Security
Arbino.ai uses reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.
No online service can guarantee absolute security, but Arbino.ai is designed around limited data use, encrypted saved chats, session security, and access controls.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent where consent is used.
You also have the right not to be subject to solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects, except where the law allows it and safeguards apply.
If you are in the EU or EEA, you may complain to your local data protection authority if you believe your privacy rights have not been respected.
8. Children
You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum age required in your country to consent to use Arbino.ai. If you are under 18, you must have permission from your parent or legal guardian to use Arbino.ai.
9. Changes And Contact
If this policy changes, Arbino.ai will update this page. Material changes should be communicated in the app or on the website where practical.
